Memory Lane
If you are involved in our ministry to the elderly you will be involved in chatting to men and women who have lived through times very different to our own with lots of stories to tell. You may find yourself singing and serving cakes and maybe taking the occasional sherry with those we go to visit.
We believe it’s important to look after the elderly in our church community. Our teams of enthusiastic helpers organise afternoons of remembering, singing and tea for those in local homes for the elderly, we also hold church services for those who are unable to travel to their local churches. It is always a rewarding time, both for the team and those we visit.
